South Africa started their World Cup campaign with a 7wicket victory over West Indies and then a massive 231 against Netherlands.However the team lost from England, but the proteas managed to defeat India andIreland to top the rankings of Group B.
Black Caps have surprised everyone in their World Cupcampaign. The team entered the World Cup, in a bad form. Before the tournamentblack caps had faced defeats from India and Pakistan. But they started theirWorld Cup campaign with a 10 wicket victory over Kenya. The team lost fromAustralia and Sri Lanka. But took revenge from Pakistan of their previous defeats. Black Caps further overwhelmed Zimbabwe andCanada to ensure a spot in quarter finals.
On Friday it will be South Africa having an edge over NewZealand, in the quarter final. But thekiwis will trying their level best to give a good challenge to the tournamentfavorites and prove the stats wrong.
